L'Artiste Boulangerie & Café combines a heritage-driven brand story with modern tools, including an interactive Bespoke Cake Configurator, an order tracking progress flow, and an internal raw ingredient stock tracker.
Custom celebration cake ordering was bottlenecked by manual phone calls and vague specifications regarding tiers, sizes, and frosting choices, leading to miscommunications.
Synchronizing the custom pricing matrix for combinations of cake sizes, tiers, and premium ingredients on the receipt summary.
